Much like Wilshire Boulevard is full with traffic here in this photo from 1940 (looking east from the corner of Wilshire & Western, with the
Gaylord way in the background), the
Gaylord is currently full to capacity with residents. Unfortunately for you, we do not always have available units and that is why you do not always see listings posted on the blog. Let me proclaim one statistic, more than 25% of current tenants have lived in the
Gaylord for 10 years or more. That statistic alone states something special about our community here. We also have a large base of tenants who return to the
Gaylord, after having moved out.

Blog here to see if any upcoming units do get listed in the future.
