Cross History...

Would you prefer linen service with your accommodations? Found in the strangest place, here we have a bill from the Ambassador Hotel to the Gaylord for laundry service of dirty linens, from February 1969. At one time, the Gaylord would make use of the Ambassador's large laundering facilities across the street. On this bill, over 1100 pieces were sent over to be cleaned at only .04 cents a piece.

AVAILABLE NOW;
- One Bedroom unit, 5th floor, 740 sq ft, north/west corner unit, overlooking our pool/patio & with views of the 'HOLLYWOOD' sign and Griffith Observatory, $1875/month.

Theatre People...

Coming up next week, our Mary will be performing the role of Jane Bennett, in Jane Austen's classic, "Pride and Prejudice," at the Camino Theater at LACC.
This well performed version of the story just happens to be adapted for the stage by the father of one of our other tenants. Those Gaylord connections keep working their magic!
For more info and tickets, go to their website at theatreacademy.lacitycollege.edu and go give Mary your standing ovation.
