Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) festival takes place at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. This is a bold, colorful, visual event with altars, live music & vendors throughout the cemetery. Thousands upon thousands of participants show up in full costume to celebrate those that have passed on. On Sunday morning, Oct 29th, the
Rock 'n' Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon takes place. A portion of this will run along Wilshire Boulevard and past the
Gaylord. Wilshire Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic. Please, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE PARKED ON THE BOULEVARD SATURDAY NIGHT. It will be towed to make way for this event. For more info, go to there website at
