Fabulous Derby...

There's been a run on great Brown Derby photos lately and these are the best yet. The top photo shows the Derby under construction when it was moved to our block from the opposite corner in 1936. The above photo was taken in 1957 and what a gorgeous night scene it is with the apartment lights on in the Gaylord standing directly behind and the steeple to the Immanuel Presbyterian Church lit up, on the right side (It oughta be in pictures I tell ya!) .

Now folks, when applying for an apartment here at the Gaylord, our approval criteria requires no prior evictions or violations of rental agreements, no judgements or negative remarks on your credit report. We request you have verifiable employment & income (3 times the rent minimum) and current residency.
