Tale of Two Cities...

At 4pm, yesterday afternoon, due to social media "chatter," this is what our maintenance staff needed to do (board up our facade) to protect our residents & home at the Gaylord...

At 8:15pm, yesterday evening, this is what we got to witness instead, a beautiful sunset...

...and thankfully peace prevailed in our neighborhood.

Re-Opening...

Our Meg is delighted to hear that L.A. County is allowing the re-opening of apartment complex swimming pools under strict guidelines. She can now get back in the water with her new boat and sail away in style!

Gaylord Residents, please be sure to read and adhere to all of the posted protocols outside the pool gate & fence to keep from having to shut the pool down again. Minimal people, social distancing, face coverings, hand sanitizer, no guests & all COVID-19 rules. Enjoy (considerately)!

We will not accommodate anyone who does not follow these rules.

Local Emergency Order Update...

As of April 10th, the Local COVID-19 Emergency Order in the City & County of Los Angeles has been extended through May 15th, 2020. No tours, viewings or new rental activity will take place until that date or until further notice. Hopefully we can soon get back to finding you a home within our Gaylord community. In the meantime, please STAY SAFE.

A BIG thank you to our Julia for bringing a much needed ray of sunshine to our lobby & office with these extraordinarily beautiful arrangements of flowers. The color combination & composition is wild with the wind! There is a mix of proteus, anemone, kangaroo paw, ranunculus, ornamental cabbage...
